How do I place an order?

The first step to ordering an item is to add the item to your shopping basket. Then you go to the checkout page, fill in the necessary information, and pay using your preferred payment method.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer PayPal, credit card, iDEAL (for customers in The Netherlands), Bancontact (for customers in Belgium).

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping as of now!

Can I track my order?

Place your order before 3pm Amsterdam time and we will be packing and shipping your order that day. All payments reflected after 3pm will be processed the next day. Once your order is placed, one of our managers will send you a tracking number and you’ll be able to track your order on our website from the moment it leaves our offices to the moment it gets to your door.

Can I return my order?

Our return policy goes as follows- if you are unhappy with your order, if there are any quality or color issues, you may exchange the product within 14 days of your purchase, provided the product hasn’t been chemically altered or any treatments have been done on the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and the packaging is still preserved.

Where is the hair sourced?

We use 100% Slavic hair. Our hair is from donors around Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. Making it the perfect choice for our customers who have European-type hair.

How much hair do I need?

Our usual recommendation is 150g of hair depending on how thick your hair is. Book an online consultation with us and we will be able to give you a full estimation on what would suit you. Alternatively, whatsapp us with a photo of your hair in natural lighting and we will give you an estimate.
